[Remote] Large Deal Director

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infosys is a leading digital services firm seeking a proven Large Deal Director to originate and convert mega deal opportunities within their Retail, Consumer, and Logistics practice. This role focuses on shaping enterprise scale transformation deals and engaging with C-suite stakeholders to unlock measurable business and IT outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Originate early-stage propositions that convert into Mega Deal pursuits
  • Engage clients early with differentiated ideas, capabilities, and deal constructs that surface untapped value
  • Lead and shape business development across all lifecycle stages: identify, develop, launch, transition
  • Build and scale capabilities across geographies to support large deal execution
  • Deliver against annual revenue and pipeline signings targets

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • 15+ years of enterprise sales, account management or large deal experience
  • Proven ability to create, qualify and convert high value opportunities
  • Demonstrated success across new logo acquisition and enterprise transformation deals
  • Experience in complex, large-scale business development and sales
  • Structuring, negotiating and closing managed services, ITO and BPM deals, including transactions 50M+

  • Experience in retail, CPG and consumer products industry
  • Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market AI, ITO and BPM solutions
  • Experience with integrated ITO + BPM deals is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with As-a-Service constructs (e.g., DaaS, SaaS) is a plus
  • Proven experience in end-to-end deal lifecycle management, spanning Lead/RFI through contracting, across a minimum of five (5) large ITO engagements
  • Strong expertise in multi‑tower deal strategy, solutioning & presentations, and pricing, covering Applications, Infrastructure, EUC, Security, BPM, and Service Desk services
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI / AI technologies in solution design and deal context is highly desirable
  • Expert negotiation & communications skills with extraordinary confidence
