If you are seeking an environment where your leadership can have a direct impact on business growth, Role Overview: We are seeking a proven leader to guide our Client Analytics Reporting team, utilizing the world's largest TV viewership data. This role involves leading a team of technical analysts who use SQL, Python, statistical programming languages, and AI tools to measure ad campaign performance, develop custom analytics and dashboards, implement client clean room engagements, and create early-stage Data Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of analysts to produce ad campaign measurement, client reporting, clean room engagements, and custom analysis. Coach the team to transform and cleanse data into meaningful analysis for business/sales teams. Manage team capacity and prioritize client work across business stakeholders. Oversee client facing experimentation, including AB testing and Incrementality, ensuring best practices and standards are met. Act as the knowledge expert on research design and implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to support client growth opportunities through custom analytics deliverables. Translate business requirements into SQL queries and Python scripts for ad hoc analysis and custom reporting solutions. Identify client ad performance opportunities, trends, and anomalies through data exploration. Architect data pipelines to connect different data sources and develop/maintain ETL processes. Optimize current code base and reporting solutions, including the application of AI tools like Claude. Oversee documentation and ensure best practices. Qualifications: 10+ years in engineering/analytics roles, including experience with advertising campaign measurement and incrementality methodologies. Degree in computer science/engineering or a quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics). 5+ years managing an analyst team. Strong technical skills in AWS, Snowflake, and Big Data environments. 5+ years of SQL experience. Python experience. Experience with AI tooling for coding automation. AB Testing/Experimentation experience. Stakeholder engagement experience. BI experience (Tableau, Domo a plus). Experience with AWS tools (IAM, Lambda, EC2, S3). Strong Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and agile development tool experience. Data privacy knowledge. Bonus Skills: Salesforce Experience Vendor management Clean Room Experience (Snowflake, LiveRamp, InfoSum) Main Tasks: Act as a player-coach, managing a team of analysts who develop query scripts and ad campaign performance reports. Leverage AI and dashboards for automation and develop new Client Data Insight Solutions using Snowflake with SQL and Python. Collaborate with stakeholders to support client growth opportunities through custom analytics deliverables. Explore data to identify client ad performance opportunities, trends, and anomalies. Coordinate reporting automation with internal Product and Engineering teams. Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify measurement solution requirements, Beta test new solutions, and drive innovative best practices from market feedback. Ensure a high level of accuracy and quality in all reporting and experimentation.
