Base Salary: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 depending on experience

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Senior MPaaS Analyst to work remotely.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the assessment and analysis of business data, presentation development, and project management throughout the MPaaS Sales Cycle. Ensure successful client onboarding and fleet implementation for large complex accounts (Enterprise/Consortium/International). Partner with TABS Business Development Team across all channels. The MPaaS business sales cycle includes client requirement gathering meetings, pricing, pre-sale and post-sale inventory/assessments, services contracting, project implementation, and on-going business analysis and reviews to ensure achievement of business objectives. This role is an integral part of the MPaaS Sales cycle and technical guidance. Additional Functions would include: Support for Business Development Manager\'s across all channels, Coordination of onboarding and project management, coordination of cross functional teams to design and implement pricing templates, activity metrics, functional reporting, integration with elevate sky platform, and other emerging technologies as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct complex client facing assessments for large scale enterprise/consortium accounts through the development and management of software data collection/assessment tools and physical data assessment to create viable value propositions for clients and Dealers.
  • Determine optimal floor plan placement (space utilization).
  • Analyze pricing based on current or proposed fleets to determine an ideal mix of services/solutions to improve business operations.
  • Conduct complex cost benefit analysis as required. Identify problem areas and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead collaboration with TABS Sales Teams, national and/or international clients, and dealers to obtain the best understanding of business needs.
  • Develop comprehensive and detailed evaluations of client\'s current business state, definition of business requirements, evaluation of business functionality and architect optimized MPaaS solutions.
  • Craft technical findings into applicable sales presentations, determine optimal pricing and partner with Business Development Managers to present findings and solutions.
  • Provide MPaaS technical expertise as needed within TABS as well as TBS.
  • Lead the development of contracts, participate in bids and drive onboarding, and project management efforts to ensure all recommended business solutions are implemented in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
  • Identify problem areas and devise solutions to mitigate problems for the most complex scenarios.
  • Participate in integration engagement as defined by Statements of Work (SOW) and related deliverables to create a positive client experience resulting in client satisfaction.
  • Conduct Business Reviews for Clients and Dealers.
  • Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement to add value to the client and set the stage for upselling.
  • Engage in upselling activities for large/complex clients to drive increased sales.
  • May provide feedback for best practices and processes.
  • Design, lead, and project manage reporting efforts client facing and internal use to facilitate sales activities across all channels.
  • Lead and maintain business intelligence reporting efforts to resolve business problems.
  • Develop relationships with Executive Leadership and Management in all channels.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for improved channel sales and profitability.
  • Using mastered assessment systems skills in various applications.
  • Stay up to date with technical trends in the industry that may be used to provide new offerings.
  • Partner with Business Development Team to strengthen Sales skills and knowledge.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years related experience in conducting business assessments, analyzing current output environments, defining user requirements to develop solutions, professional services support, or IT related project management.
  • May have experience in sales, auditing, inventory analysis and customer account assessment. Must have experience handling large and/or complex national or enterprise accounts in the field.
  • Sales or managed print services business development experience a plus.
  • Must have demonstrated experience with Excel and other analytic tools and ability to interpret and translate
    technical and analytical information into effective sales presentations and materials.
  • Strong financial/quantitative skills needed for analytical evaluation/interpretation/modeling and
    construction of applicable business solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in professional solutions, document management, output management, and document
    security a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects and customer solutions based on client needs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate business decisions. Must be comfortable delivering potential solutions to clients and executives in presentation format.
  • Must have the ability to travel frequently
  • Must have a valid Driver\'s License
