ZS’s Supply Chain & Manufacturing group helps our clients to drive higher product availability at lower costs (stock-outs, carrying costs, and supply chain operating costs) and lower environmental impact through leveraging analytics, automation and process re-design approaches. MANAGER – ENTERPRISE IT ARCHITECTURE (MANUFACTURING & SUPPLY CHAIN)

We seek a Manager to join our Supply Chain & Manufacturing practice, with a primary focus on enterprise IT architecture and digital transformation. This role will center on designing and scaling enterprise technology platforms—across cloud, data, and application layers—while enabling integration with manufacturing and operational environments. You will work closely with client stakeholders to bridge business priorities with technology strategy and lead delivery of complex transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess current-state enterprise IT environments and define future-state architecture, including applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security
  • Develop pragmatic transformation roadmaps that modernize enterprise platforms and enable scalable digital capabilities
  • Architect cloud-based and data platform solutions (e.g., lakehouse, data mesh, analytics ecosystems) to support enterprise and supply chain use cases
  • Define integration patterns between enterprise IT systems and manufacturing/operational environments (e.g., ERP, MES, IoT/OT systems)
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale digital transformation programs across supply chain and manufacturing contexts
  • Translate complex technical architectures into clear business value for senior client stakeholders
  • Support business development through solution shaping, proposal development, and client workshops
  • Contribute to development of reusable intellectual capital and thought leadership in enterprise architecture and digital manufacturing
  • Mentor team members and foster collaboration across business, IT, and operational stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or digital architecture within consulting, industry, or both
  • Strong grounding in enterprise architecture across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security, ideally with frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Experience designing scalable, secure enterprise solutions, including performance optimization, high availability, and environment planning
  • Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
  • Experience with integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures; familiarity with containerization and CI/CD
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled systems and data-driven architectures
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business impact
  • Experience working in or supporting manufacturing or supply chain environments; familiarity with systems such as MES, SCADA, or IoT platforms is a plus (not required)
  • Experience in Life Sciences, MedTech, or other regulated industries is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required
