CRM Data Specialist (Part-Time Contract)

About the position

AlixPartners' Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in maintaining the integrity of contact information in the firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) Database. This role involves daily tasks such as researching and processing contact information change requests, identifying duplicate contacts, and performing ongoing contact maintenance duties as assigned. Qualified individuals must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess excellent time management and research skills. The Marketing Specialist role is a part-time contract assignment, reporting to the Marketing Director – CRM. The assignment is projected to last approximately 4 months, with an end date in December 2026. The role is located in Southfield, MI, and offers a flexible schedule to accommodate coursework, exams, holidays, etc. Paid relocation and benefits are not available for this paid, temporary, part-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Research and process contact information change requests.
  • Research and merge duplicate contacts.
  • Research and edit bounced mailings.
  • Research and categorize companies for industry information.
  • Additional responsibilities as identified.

Requirements

  • Must be detailed oriented and display logical deductive skill set.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A team player and be willing to assist wherever necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise.
  • Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.
