<p><strong></strong></p> <h2><strong><strong>About The Opportunity </strong></strong></h2> <p>Netrix Global is seeking a <strong>Cloud Engineer</strong> with deep hands-on expertise in endpoint management, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for JAMF Pro, Intune, and modern device management. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and operating Windows and macOS lifecycle management at scale, while ensuring compliance, security posture, and seamless integration with Microsoft Intune.</p> <p>The engineer will serve as a customer-facing technical lead, partnering closely with Sr Engineers and Delivery Leads to drive outcomes across device compliance, lifecycle operations, and endpoint security. This role requires ownership of Windows, macOS and cross-platform device strategy, with a strong emphasis on proactive remediation, policy enforcement, and reporting alignment across Jamf and Intune environments.</p> <h2><strong><strong>How You Will Make an Impact </strong></strong></h2> <ol><li><strong>JAMF Pro MDM and Intune (SME Ownership)</strong><br>o Act as SME for JAMF Pro administration and Intune, including environment design, configuration, and operational governance.<br>o Action requests and incidents and proactive tasks/maintenance tied to JAMF PRO and Intune MDM platforms for customers within the Systems Infrastructure Team.<br>o Design and maintain scalable configurations for enterprise Windows and macOS fleets<br>o Support Microsoft Intune environments for Windows and macOS device management, including:<br> Device enrollment and provisioning<br> Policy and compliance configuration</li></ol><ul><li><strong>Windows and macOS Lifecycle Management & Compliance</strong><br>o Define and enforce compliance baselines using JAMF policies and configuration profiles and Intune Policies.<br>o Implement continuous compliance monitoring with automated enforcement and remediation workflows.<br>o Drive cleanup and optimization activities, including stale device removal, inventory normalization, and lifecycle decommissioning.<br>o Maintain device hygiene standards aligned to security benchmarks (CIS, organizational policies).</li><li><strong>Patch Management and Software Updates<br>o</strong> Own macOS and windows patching lifecycle including:<br> OS updates (minor and major releases)<br> Third-party application patching via JAMF and supported catalog integrations (macOS) and Patch-My-PC or N-able (Windows)<br>o Patch compliance monitoring and reporting<br> Build and maintain policies for patch enforcement, user deferrals, and phased deployment strategies.<br> Troubleshoot patch failures, policy conflicts, and configuration drift across device fleets.<br> Troubleshoot deployment failures, compliance enforcement issues, and reporting discrepancies.</li><li><strong>JAMF–Intune Integration & Reporting</strong></li><ul><li><strong></strong>Design and maintain JAMF–Intune integration for compliance state reporting and conditional access alignment.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely reporting of device compliance posture from JAMF into Intune.</li><li>Troubleshoot integration issues impacting compliance, device registration, or policy enforcement.</li></ul></ul> <h2><strong><strong>What You Will Bring to The Table</strong></strong></h2> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>6–10 years of hands-on experience, working in the capacity of a SME and/or Escalation Engineer in endpoint management, MDM administration (JAMF PRO and/or Intune), and enterprise IT infrastructure.</li></ul> <p> Essential / Core Skills </p> <ul><li>Advanced expertise in JAMF Pro administration and macOS lifecycle management</li><li>Hands-on experience in Intune Administration and Windows lifecycle management.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills across device enrollment, policy conflicts, deployment failures, patching failures, and compliance reporting issues</li><li>Experience with patch management frameworks, vulnerability remediation, and compliance tracking</li><li>Strong understanding of endpoint security posture and lifecycle hygiene</li></ul> <p> Supplemental / Good-to-Have Skills </p> <ul><li>Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell)</li><li>Familiarity with API-driven integrations across endpoint management platforms</li><li>Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity-driven device compliance</li><li>Experience in MSP or multi-tenant managed services environments</li><li>Knowledge of additional RMM/Endpoint tools (N-able, SCCM, etc.)</li></ul> <ul></ul> <p> Soft Skills </p> <ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.</li><li>High ownership and accountability for service outcomes and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ability to operate independently as an SME while collaborating across distributed teams.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and discipline in documentation, reporting, and follow-through.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment</li></ul> <p> Shift: 5 days a week/ US business days 8 AM - 5 PM CST. </p> <h2><strong>About Us</strong></h2> <p>At Netrix Global, our values are the philosophies and principles that we live by.
