Sales Representative, HVAC Rental Systems

Job Description:

  • Manage and grow the assigned geographic territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment.
  • Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer.
  • Actively search for and close new business opportunities.
  • Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management.
  • Consult with customer for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects.
  • Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience with rental equipment OR commercial/industrial HVAC.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel including overnight up to 50% within the territory
  • HVAC or Building Technologies sales experience (Preferred)
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) (Preferred)
  • Working experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce (Preferred)
  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills (Preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail (Preferred)
  • Customer-centric mindset (Preferred)
