Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Experience & Cloud Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Leadership Serve as the primary point of contact for remote customers, delivering prompt, courteous, and solution‑focused support via phone, email, and chat. Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to identify opportunities for service enhancements and new feature development. Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that customer insights are integrated into the roadmap for digital initiatives.
