Transcriptionist is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Home-Based Transcriptionists specializing in podcast and video content typing. Key Responsibilities • Transcribe audio and video content, including podcasts, webinars, interviews, and other media, into accurate written text. • Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and proper formatting. • Follow client-specific guidelines and formatting requirements. • Identify and flag inaudible or unclear portions of recordings. • Ensure timely submission of projects and meet assigned deadlines. • Maintain confidentiality of all client and project information. • Collaborate with project coordinators for clarifications or additional instructions. Required Skills and Qualifications • Excellent command of written and spoken English. • Strong listening skills to understand different accents and audio qualities. • Typing speed of at least 40–50 words per minute with high accuracy. • Basic knowledge of transcription software and word processing tools. • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
