Sr. Compensation Partner (Remote)

<b>About the Role:</b><br/><br/>The Senior Compensation Partner will play an important role in supporting and executing reward strategies and programs that reinforce CrowdStrike's business strategy, drive performance, and help attract and retain top talent in the industry. As part of your portfolio, you will be responsible for supporting and consulting the global Engineering division on compensation-related matters. You will join a high-performing compensation team recognized for their subject matter expertise and trusted partnerships with the business and within HR.<br/><br/>At CrowdStrike, we create an environment in which people innovate. We empower people to influence issues, ensure that knowledge is shared, create a can-do culture and put the right people in the right places at the right time to deliver improved performance and drive the Company's growth and success.<br/><br/><b>What You'll Do:</b><br/><ul><li>Coordinate survey submissions, maintain our peer groups, and manage the team's market data depository.</li><li>Maintain compensation infrastructure (e.g., job families, grades, titling) and work towards mastery.</li><li>Play major role in planning, prepping, launching, running, reviewing, and closing out the annual merit cycle.</li><li>Serve as secondary for business / HRBP consulting and eventually shift to primary for at least one business group.</li><li>Play major role in the annual comprehensive market analysis which informs compensation ranges and budgets.</li><li>Actively seek opportunities to present to gradually master storytelling with data balancing science and art.</li><li>Support creation and administration of incentive programs which drive performance and align with our values.</li><li>Assist with new hire, merit, and/or out-of-cycle equity requests to gradually build expertise.</li><li>Support ongoing efforts to ensure pay practices remain compliant and fair.</li><li>Help support the development and implementation of compensation policies and strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.</li></ul><br/><br/><b>What You'll Need:</b><br/><ul><li>Ideally 5+ years of Compensation experience. Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or a related field also works.</li><li>Spreadsheet expert. Strong proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets is a must and will be tested with a case.</li><li>Proficient with slides. Strong proficiency with MS PowerPoint or Google Slides is ideal but can be taught.</li><li>Exceptional analytical skills. We work with large datasets regularly and often need to find patterns or trends.</li><li>Strong communication skills. We lead meetings and present regularly, so practicing to get comfortable is a must.</li><li>Strong project management. The company moves at a fast pace and the volume of projects can be high at times.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Passionate about CRWD.
