Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Acrylic Bath Sales Representative to join our team in San Jose, CA.

In this role, you will meet with homeowners, understand their remodeling needs, and provide customized acrylic bath solutions. You will guide customers through the entire sales process—from consultation to project completion—while ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored acrylic bath solutions
  • Present product options, pricing, and project timelines clearly and professionally
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure project success
  • Manage multiple leads and appointments effectively
  • Follow up with prospects and ensure high conversion rates
  • Deliver a superior customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and close high-value sales
  • Knowledge of home remodeling or acrylic bath systems (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Proficient with basic computer applications (CRM, scheduling, etc.)
  • 3+ years of in-home sales experience strongly preferred
  • HIS License required (or ability to obtain)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
