From a sales perspective, the ASM is responsible for delivering plan, sales growth, and specified AOP priorities. From a people perspective, the ASM will lead and develop a field sales team of Market Development Managers (MDMs) and Operator Territory Managers (OTMs). From a strategy perspective, the ASM is responsible for AOP planning as well as on-going analyses of their market trends to identify gaps in plan and execution.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;">This role will cover a multi- state territory and report directly to the South region director.
