In this role, you will interact with clients via phone, email, and support tickets, providing comprehensive assistance for order processing, error resolution, and general inquiries. You will collaborate with internal teams, including process servers and department specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Customer Inquiry Response Professionally respond to customer support tickets, answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders.
