PAY $67-72/hour W2. This role will own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Palantir Foundry applications that convert raw data into operational decision interfaces and digital twins. • The engineer will design and implement Ontology-backed solutions, build high-performance data pipelines, and craft immersive user experiences using Foundry Workshop/Slate and custom React/TypeScript widgets. • Will collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, domain SMEs, security, and platform engineering) to ensure solutions meet governance, lineage, performance, and security requirements in a regulated DLP environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, development, test, and deployment of Palantir Foundry applications that deliver operational value end-to-end • Model enterprise Ontology artifacts represent business entities and workflows • Build and optimize data pipelines and transform using Python/PySpark within Foundry • Configure and mature Workshop applications • Integrate with external systems and APIs (RESTful services, JDBC, S3/Parquet) and manage Data Connections • Implement automated testing (unit/integration) • Document technical designs and maintain knowledge artifacts in Foundry Resource Folders, translate SME requirements into Foundry artifacts Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in full-stick software development • 2+ years of Palantir Foundry • 3+years of experience with C/C++ coding or java/python script development • 2+ years of experience with taxonomy and ontology development • 3+ years of experience in web based development, leveraging ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain or quality data domains • Experience in Aerospace & Defense, understanding industry-specific data challenges and requirements • Familiarity with Foundry application suite Workshop, Object Views, Slate, and related UX patterns • Experience with version control (Git), automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines within Foundry or equivalent platforms Who We Are The Fountain Group is a nationwide staffing firm with over 80 Fortune 100-500 clients.
