Remote HubSpot Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote HubSpot Implementation Specialist to optimize and manage our CRM ecosystem. This role will be responsible for reviewing existing processes, improving workflows, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our client management systems. The ideal candidate will have strong HubSpot expertise, experience with CRM automation and integrations, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement. This position will play a key role in integrating business applications, supporting marketing automation initiatives, and ensuring HubSpot is effectively leveraged to support business growth and operational excellence. Candidates with experience in CRM integrations, workflow automation, and system development are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review current processes and optimize workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Integrate additional tools, such as Aircall, Zuper, QuickBooks, and other business software.
  • Ensure data accuracy, deduplication, and CRM hygiene within HubSpot.
  • Build and support client portals and simple websites connected to HubSpot.
  • Assist with HubSpot marketing tools, including email campaigns and automation.
  • Support data collection, reporting, and system improvement initiatives.
  • Create and manage Google Forms and other data collection tools.
  • Configure and maintain HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and automation processes.
  • Monitor CRM performance and generate reports to support business decision-making.
  • Provide support for CRM processes and assist with maintaining efficient business operations.
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and teammates.
  • Strong HubSpot CRM knowledge, including lead generation and automation.
  • Experience managing CRM data and maintaining data integrity.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Understanding of workflow automation and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and automation tools.
  • Basic coding knowledge is a plus for integrations and automation.
  • Experience building CRM integrations and automated systems is a plus.
  • Software development experience with CRM/HubSpot integrations is a plus.
  • Experience integrating Aircall, Zuper, QuickBooks, or similar platforms with CRM systems and workflows is highly preferred.
