Position Summary As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enriching the content library that powers a major global streaming service. Your work will directly impact how audiences discover, search for, and enjoy thousands of hours of programming. Key Responsibilities Content Data Entry Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of content metadata, including titles, descriptions, cast and crew information, release dates, genres, ratings, language options, and tag information into the streaming platform’s content management system. Quality Assurance Review existing content records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors such as missing fields, duplicate entries, and inconsistent formatting. Metadata Enrichment Research and append additional descriptive information to content assets using approved internal and external sources, ensuring all entries meet arenaflex’s quality standards. Catalog Maintenance Support the ongoing organization of the content catalog, including categorization, archival, and removal of outdated or incorrect entries as directed. Workflow Adherence Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and style guides to ensure all data entry work aligns with platform-wide conventions and regional requirements. Issue Flagging Escalate patterns of inconsistency, missing source data, or systemic issues to team leads and quality analysts in a timely and well-documented manner. Collaboration Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners via chat, email, and project management tools to clarify requirements and resolve data discrepancies. Productivity Standards Meet daily and weekly throughput targets while maintaining a high accuracy rate, typically above 98 percent. Confidentiality Handle sensitive content information, pre-release titles, and proprietary data with the utmost discretion and integrity. Essential Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in library science, information management, communications, media studies, or a related field is a plus.
