This person will lead strategic communications initiatives for corporate functions, leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance employee experience and deliver impactful messaging aligned with our organization's culture, policies, programs, and initiatives. The candidate should have strong internal executive communications expertise, experience serving as a trusted partner to stakeholders, and the ability to integrate AI solutions into workflows for efficiency and scale. Exceptional writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment are essential.</p><p><br></p><p>This role sits within the Corporate Communications team and reports to the Vice President, Internal and Executive Communications.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Description</strong></p><p>As the Manager of Internal & Executive Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing communications strategies across a variety of corporate functions, while ensuring AI tools are effectively deployed to automate routine tasks and optimize content delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support enterprise initiatives, including employee experience efforts, AI and digital transformation, and other strategic priorities.</p><p>• Direct and oversee creation of internal communication materials, ensuring quality and tone, while leveraging AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Writer) for drafting, editing, and distribution.</p><p>• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company values and goals.</p><p>• Serve as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders and business partners.</p><p>• Evaluate and recommend communications channel mix to fit with intended target audience, using AI-driven insights.</p><p>• Act as liaison between corporate functions and cross-functional communicators to ensure cohesive communication across the organization.</p><p>• Partner with corporate marketing shared services (e.g., web, graphic design, event planning) and AI tools to support communications for key initiatives.</p><p>• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of communication efforts using AI analytics dashboards, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</p><p>• Design and manage AI workflows and Copilot agents to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Expertise/Capabilities Should Include</strong>:</p><p>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver clear messages.</p><p>• Strong project management and organizational skills with proven capability to develop and execute complex communication plans.</p><p>• A strong collaborator with a proven track record of building trust with business partners.</p><p>• Demonstrated excellence in employee and executive communications.</p><p>• Proficiency in leveraging AI and digital analytics tools, including creating AI Agents with Microsoft Copilot and deploying workflows using Power Automate.</p><p>• Proficiency with communication platforms (e.g., SmartSheet, Staffbase, SharePoint Intranet, Viva Engage, MS Teams).</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Practical experience in integrating AI technologies to enhance communication strategies and outcomes.</p><p>• Ability to work onsite and attend on-site meetings, events, and town halls, as needed, in our Las Colinas corporate headquarters.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Experience</strong>:</p><p>Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education/Training</strong></p><p>4-year degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Business, or a relevant field</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Business Experience</strong></p><p>4+ years of internal, executive, and/or external communications or related experience</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Must be authorized to work in the US.
