HVAC Technician/Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems installation and maintenance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires5 years of experience or a journeyman level technician and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC issues using diagnostic tools, including Ohmmeters, and interpret schematics for effective repairs.
  • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to coordinate installation schedules and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while working with various tools and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

  • Proven 5 years of experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the field service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
  • Familiarity with property maintenance practices and appliance repair is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as necessary for installations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Relevant journeyman HVAC certifications or licenses in HVAC installation are a plus.
