This role is responsible for executing education initiatives and supporting the implementation of curriculum, quality standards, and educator development strategies across assigned brands. Working under the supervision of the Manager, Education Implementation, translate organizational education priorities into effective implementation at the brand level. They serve as the primary education liaison for their assigned brands, partnering closely with operations leaders, training teams, and education program leaders to ensure initiatives are implemented consistently and effectively. Education Business Partners focus on execution, brand alignment, and continuous improvement, while helping ensure that education initiatives scale successfully across centers. • *Key Responsibilities - Implement enterprise education initiatives, curriculum updates, and quality improvement strategies within assigned brands. - Support the rollout of new education programs, tools, and resources, ensuring alignment with brand models and operational needs. - Monitor implementation progress and identify barriers, opportunities, and adjustments needed for successful execution. - Serve as the primary education partner to brand and operations leaders for assigned portfolio. - Provide guidance and support on curriculum implementation, classroom practices, and educator support strategies. - Collaborate and influence regional and field leadership to ensure education priorities are effectively integrated into daily operations. - Deliver training and learning experiences for leaders and the field to support the implementation of education initiatives. - Coach and support operational partners and field leaders in understanding and applying education practices and standards. - Reinforce systems, tools, and processes developed by the Education Implementation team. - Gather feedback and insights from brand teams and centers to inform improvements to education initiatives. - Share implementation learnings, challenges, and successes with the Manager and broader education leadership team. - Monitor key education indicators and help identify opportunities to strengthen program quality (such as curriculum fidelity and educator development programs). - Work closely with Education Programs, Educator Development, Research & Evaluation, and Operations teams to ensure coordinated implementation. - Contribute to the development of implementation resources, tools, and training materials. - Support organizational readiness for education standards, including accreditation-related expectations where applicable. - Travel up to 50%. • *Experience and Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in early childhood education required. - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required; Master's degree preferred. - Experience supporting curriculum implementation or program quality in multi-site or multi-program environments. - Familiarity with early childhood assessment and evaluation tools such as Environmental Rating Scales, CLASS, NAEYC Accreditation, or other observation based tools. - Strong coaching, facilitation and training skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Ability to collaborate effectively with operational leaders and cross-functional partners. - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working within brand or franchise systems is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • *Our benefits meet you where you are.
