<strong>Overview<br><br></strong>Manager, Digital Strategic Planning<br><br>The Manager, Digital Strategic Planning, is a strategic, collaborative role operating at the intersection of Digital, Finance/Planning, Merchandising, and Marketing. Focusing on a 6-to-9-month rolling horizon, rather than daily execution, this position builds the digital commercial blueprints, performance models, and prioritization frameworks needed to succeed. Crucially, this role develops digital seasonal plans that align priorities with customer strategies and financial targets and maintains a robust commercial forecast that is adjusted weekly based on sales trends.<br><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Collaborate on Seasonal Planning. Represent digital strategy and customer insights within the broader commercial planning process. Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance to seamlessly integrate enterprise inventory, margin, and promotional strategies into digital execution.</li><li> Define Seasonal Digital Strategy & Prioritization Frameworks. Develop 6–9-month rolling digital strategies informed by insights, trends, and past performance to deliver customer and financials objectives. Establish key digital surface roles, define campaign-aligned journey "highways," and build prioritization frameworks to guide execution.</li><li> Build Business Models & KPI Frameworks. Develop and maintain comprehensive forecasts in partnership with Finance and Analytics to ensure alignment with enterprise targets and to inform seasonal strategy. Establish standardized KPIs across teams to actively monitor performance against the plan, proactively identifying risks and strategic opportunities.</li><li> Communicate Strategic Frameworks. Partner closely with Site Merchants, Cross-Divisional Site teams, Search/SEO, and Product to socialize and communicate overarching seasonal strategies and foundational business models, ensuring all teams are aligned on priorities and targets.</li><li> Coach & Influence Teams Provide guidance and strategic clarity to cross-functional partners. Mentor junior team members on strategic thinking, analytics, and planning processes.
