Come create excellence with Servbank.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide technical support for employees and contractors, including desktops, laptops, software, hardware, printers, and peripherals.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.</li><li>Install, configure, maintain, and support workstations, applications, and end-user devices.</li><li>Assist with user account support in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.</li><li>Document issues, resolutions, procedures, and equipment changes in the ticketing system or knowledge base.</li><li>Collaborate with IT team members to resolve issues and support business needs.</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical users.</li><li>Stay current with tools, technology, and best practices to support continuous improvement.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in an IT-related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of desktop, helpdesk, or related technical support experience.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.</li><li>Basic understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and network connectivity troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to document technical solutions.</li><li>Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or other relevant desktop support certification.<br><br></li></ul><strong>EEO Statement<br><br></strong>We’re an equal opportunity employer.
