Bring your ambition to the table as we unlock new doors together, taking your career to the next level.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Bring Your Experience And Be Empowered To Innovate.</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Brand Marketing Manager </strong>on the Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional project teams (including representatives from Marketing Leadership, Strategy, Operations, Digital, Creative, Communications and franchisees) to develop, implement, and analyze impact of brand marketing ideas.</li><li>Develop, execute and support brand activities – providing content topics and direction across all marketing department verticals.</li><li>Execute and support strategic brand initiatives as developed annually in brand planning.</li><li>Create and manage Neighborly brand and multi-brand programs to support these initiatives, at the local level</li><li>Build annual marketing calendar for national and local campaigns; support the development and drive the execution of campaigns.</li><li>Create and manage Neighborly marketing assets and materials that can be used nationally for local execution and support.</li><li>Manage and maintain the Local Marketing Resources, the resource tools that provide access to these tools and relevant information resources.</li><li>Evaluate potential marketing vendors to meet existing and emerging needs. Manage relationships with existing brand specific marketing vendors.
