<p><strong>Get to Know Us Better </strong></p><p>realtime offers the most flexible cutting-edge Retail Management Solutions that encompass sales, inventory management, frontline employee management and engagement, payments, business intelligence, and digital automation tools for the wireless industry. We support Fortune 500 companies, unify their customer experience, and remove pain points across multiple retail touch points. realtime prides itself on fostering a team-oriented culture and a dynamic work environment, where team members are set up to make meaningful contributions across the organization. <br> <br><strong>Analyst, Financial Operations </strong>- This position is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the financial operations team. It is a unique opportunity to interface with the business development, internal operations, and product and database implementation teams while analyzing the accounting flows and strategic direction of business decisions. This position reports to the Manager, Financial Operations. </p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Facilitates quality control for payments processing to and from customers and vendors for daily processing, which is the core of financial operations. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintains very high measurements for quality assurance. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Creates necessary reconciliations and verifies accuracy and completeness of data. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assists with making decisions when exceptions or process deviations exist. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Initiates new procedures including setup, training, and documentation. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and follows security policies. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Works with multiple non-finance teams to facilitate troubleshooting and research. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assists with audit requests, including data compilation, and process explanation. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Able to validate relevant structured and unstructured data from disparate sources. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Build pipeline to extract, transform, data for use in reconciliation. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p> Assist in developing processes to improve ongoing data governance. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Create compelling presentations, visualizations and reports to share analysis outcomes and recommendations. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Draw informed conclusions that provide clarity surrounding business products.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to apply critical thinking when reviewing data and identifying patterns. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Miscellaneous projects as assigned. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting, or a comparable combination of accounting knowledge and data analysis experience. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Able to work hours corresponding to Eastern time zone, starting at 8:00 AM. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Regular and predictable attendance and schedule flexibility are essential for this position, including that of short notice. Must be able to work beyond typical hours to meet deadlines. Must be able to work holidays and weekends. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Possess strong attention to detail with a commitment to 100% accuracy, along with professional written and verbal communication skills, professional behavior, and effective time management skills. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Effective teamwork skills with frequent coordination among members are key to success. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure in a fast-paced and high-stress environment are key to success. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Keep up with frequent changes to products, carriers, and dealers. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency in finding and presenting insights from analysis of large data sets using Excel required, including the use of intermediate-level formulas and pivot tables. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and Outlook experience required. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Microsoft power query and Power BI experience a strong plus. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Sage Intacct experience a strong plus. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Skills may be subject to assessment. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $65,000 - $75,000/Yr. <br> <br>Our pay structure considers various geographical markets within the United States. The base salary for this role reflects the typical expected earnings.
