In this role you will be managing the North America Home Care eRetail Retail Media campaigns for Amazon, owning the campaigns from creation, through to ongoing optimization to deliver specified KPI’s.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Use real time data—analyze & identify insights to deliver incremental and profitable growth for P&G.</p></li><li><p>Be the go-to trusted leader for using technology, data science & analytics to solve key business problems.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Brand, Sales, and IT to define and build best-in-class search executions while bringing to life our Brands’ commercial strategies online.</p></li><li><p>Lead and communicate effectively across functional and external partners to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results.</p></li><li><p>Create standardized reporting and present data on a regular basis to internal and external business partners.</p></li><li><p>Make sure that our marketing systems adhere to IT policies including cybersecurity and privacy mandates.</p></li><li><p>Be a thought leader and help us transform what winning looks like via new ideas, processes, and outside-the-box thinking.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Qualifications</b></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li><p>Prior experience using the Amazon Ads Platform.</p></li><li><p>Experience with using data to identify business-building insights and then turning those insights into a solution or process that you implement for the brand.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills are required. This is a client facing role - communication with customers will be required.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.</p></li><li><p>Available to work hybrid work schedule in Cincinnati, OH based office.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li><p>A BS or MS/MBA in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics or Statistics.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with a paid search platform (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Citrus, Criteo, PacVue, etc)</p></li><li><p>Experience working/analyzing website and mobile conversion</p></li><li><p>Data Analytics skills, including experience using analytical tools such as KNIME, Python, Power BI, or Tableau</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with the online shopping space (Amazon.com, Target.com, Walmart.com, etc)</p></li><li><p>Experience working with Consumer Relationship Marketing (CRM) to win the shopper path to purchase and leverage data to optimize consumer engagement, conversion and return on ad spend.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Starting Pay/Salary Range: $85,000 – $122,200</p><p></p><p>Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
