style="margin-top:9.95pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;margin-left:27.0pt;">Conduct impartial, thorough investigations into allegations of employee misconduct, policy violations, workplace disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace concerns.</p><p style="margin-top:9.95pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;margin-left:27.0pt;">Interview complainants, respondents, witnesses, supervisors, and subject matter experts to gather relevant facts.</p><p style="margin-top:9.95pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;margin-left:27.0pt;">Collect, analyze, and preserve evidence such as documents, digital records, timekeeping data, video footage, and correspondence.</p><p
